We absolutely loved the charming and cozy vibe of the hotel, which made us feel right at home. The staff were plentiful and incredibly helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The drawing room, bar, and restaurant were all great places to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was excellent, with Green Park underground station just a stone's throw away, and we were able to easily walk to Hyde Park, Bond Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was fantastic, especially when we ordered from the menu without any additional charge. Despite the small size, our room was convenient and warm, and the bathroom was really nice.

Felt like visiting family, no reason to complain.

The warm welcome from the hotel staff was really good, making us feel immediately welcome and at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to major attractions, tube stops, and fantastic shopping areas. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. The bar staff were friendly and made delicious drinks, such as Pimms and espresso martinis. The restaurant served great meals with perfect service. our stay at this hotel added to our wonderful experience in the city.

Our room was not ready upon arrival, but the hotel quickly rectified the situation and delivered our luggage promptly. The bathroom in our suite was smaller than expected, with only one small sink and a shower in the bath.

Centrally located boutique hotel near subway. Room with efficient AC and comfortable bed, perfect for cooler mornings. Friendly staff, accommodating to guests' needs. Close to popular tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus. Safe and vibrant area with many cafes and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable, and the continental breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The staff was friendly.

There were a few issues. the noise from the bar restocking early in the morning disrupted our sleep.

I had a great stay in a very nice area called Mayfair. The hotel was located in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the hotspots of London. The room was small yet fully up-to-date, and the bathroom was well laid out with a bonus of heated floors. The service was professional and the meals in the Drawing Room were delicious. The hotel had a beautiful decor, creating a pleasant ambiance.

The noise from neighboring doors/fire doors.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was a great spot for a full body massage and the Bar/Lounge area was perfect for a night cap after a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant. the staff provided great service and the location was ideal for exploring.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of an outdoor dining area. the in-room breakfast and buffet breakfast more than made up for it.

The hotel's luxurious amenities were simply outstanding. We loved the private spa and wellness center which included various massage treatments such as full body massage and head massage. the restaurant, bar, and outdoor dining areas were exceptional, and the in-room breakfast was delivered on time with a tasty selection.

the exceptional quality of the services we did receive will not stop us from returning to this venue.
